What the community offers

A practical network, not a passive membership.

The community exists so founders are not making every decision alone. It gives structure, visibility and regular contact with people who understand the process.

Peer circles

Curated small groups meet regularly to share challenges, feedback, wins and next steps.

Events & workshops

Practical sessions on discovery, growth, hiring, funding, governance and founder confidence.

Demo days & showcase events

Opportunities to present your venture and practice the story in a supportive environment.

Online community space

A place for quick questions, introductions, recommendations and light accountability between events.

Co-working & workspace

Flexible desk or meeting room access where available, with a focused environment around you.

Alumni network

An expanding network of founders and teams that can continue to support each other after the programme.

Startup team discussion at a whiteboard
Conversation and laptops around a meeting table
Founders collaborating with notes and sticky cards

Community values

Supportive, honest, ambitious, confidential and diverse.

The culture is deliberately practical. People are expected to be generous with time, direct in their feedback and serious about building something meaningful.

Supportive

Generous with time and knowledge.

Honest

Direct but respectful feedback.

Ambitious

People are serious about building.

Confidential

What is shared in circles stays there.

Diverse

Open to different sectors and backgrounds.

How to join

There are a few routes into the community.

Some founders join through a programme, some through direct membership and some through events first. We keep it simple and make sure the fit is mutual.

Join through a programme

Many founders move into community membership after working through one of the core programmes.

Apply directly

If you are already actively building, we can discuss the right peer circle or membership route.

Start with an event

Open workshops and talks help you get a feel for the culture before you commit.
